As first time home buyers we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We ran across Joe and Amanda when we wanted to look at a house. Thank God for small miracles because they were the best. Amanda is so sweet and knowledgeable about neighborhoods and the houses histories. She does her research. And Joe is a shark. That man can negotiate like a beast, and he gets stuff done and done quickly and right. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. We’re all now fb friends and will probably get together in the future. They’re not only your realtors, they become your friends.
