Amanda and Joe are a dynamic team that works well together. With the help of Amanda and Joe, this summer (2018) my wife and I were able to sell our first house and buy our second house, which we love and still can't believe we were able to buy. In summary, they clearly cared about us and gave to our process the same diligence, hard work, and gravity they would have given the sale and purchase of their own home. They went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable. They were incredibly accessible if we had questions or concerns (e.g. quick responses late at night) and seamlessly managed complicated documentation flows (while ready to explain what we needed them to). They advocated justly, strongly, and successfully on our behalf for any adverse circumstance between us and our buyer or seller.

Most importantly, they worked hard, and here's our story, which emphasizes the point better than a nice statement. We were back and forth on moving, but we found a new house we loved on a Thursday. They had our house listed on Sunday. On Monday eleven people came to look at it. On Wednesday, we were choosing between offers. In the middle of this process, our offer on the house we looked at was accepted. We had our close date confirmed within two weeks of that. If you've never bought or sold a house, please understand that each of these steps requires enough complicated documentation to require (for me) at least a semester of study. We were able to do this so quickly because Joe and Amanda were so organized, responsive, hard working, and adept in recognizing where we needed clarity.

I'll say one last, kind of nebulous thing for anyone that happens to read all the way through. Because i'm slightly introverted, i tend to not enjoy sales people. And because i'm mildly cynical, i tend to be skeptical of false motive. These concerns were dissipated almost immediately by Joe and Amanda. On the sales person front, it wasn't them coming at me with an "opportunity." We expressed ourselves to them, and they repeated our concerns back to us in a way that made it clear they were on the same page. And when there were real opportunities, they were up front on all sides, including the ones that put their potential gain at risk.
