Amanda and Joe Richards were a Godsend to me and my 2 grandchildren during our move across country to Arizona. Their Mom left in January to take a new job in AZ, and I stayed behind with the kids to wrap up school and sell the house. I hired the Richards to list the house, but they did so much more than that for me. During the process I had some health issues and Amanda contacted me every day to make sure I was OK and to ask if I needed anything. We were on a tight budget, since the moving company was charging over $20,000 to move us so I had no extra money available when the buyers wanted a $1,000 credit for something. Amazingly, Amanda and Joe offered to pay the $1,000 from their commission to help us out. That was above and beyond and was appreciated more than they will ever know. Amanda even had emergency surgery during our listing time, and still called me every day to check on us. They are an amazing couple and they knew the area and the market from top to bottom and got me exactly what I needed for my home. Rock solid, caring, and knowledgeable.
